We call it “premium seating” because our venues are part of the action like no other hosting facilities on or off Stampede Park during the 10-day show. Our clients seek our offerings because they cannot duplicate the experience anywhere else – not at a downtown hotel or club, not at a cowboy bar and not even elsewhere on our own property. In our premium seating venues, you are AT the Stampede Rodeo, GMC Rangeland Derby and TransAlta Grandstand Show.

We take the time to understand what you’re looking for. We pay attention to every detail of the delivery so you can focus on what’s most important -enhancing your relationship with your guest and exceeding their expectations.

Infield Suites

The theme is “up close” for both the proximity to the action and the feel of the experience. You can hear the shouting of the drivers and feel the wind as the wagons head around the barrels. If you’re lucky, you may even get a bit of dirt in your teeth as the chucks thunder their way across the finish.

Don’t be fooled. This is high-style hosting despite being metres away from the bucking chutes and chucks barrels with private in-suite attendants and personalized service. It’s the perfect location for anyone who wants to treat their best business associates and friends to the most authentic western hosting experience in the world.

Infield Suites packages include a gourmet food selection personally prepared by an in-suite attendant; non-alcoholic beverages; two on-site Infield parking passes; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; souvenir programs and day sheets; private seat deck for event viewing, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; event services through Premium Seating. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are not included and are billed separately after the event.

Suite Dining:

The Infield Suites are open daily from 12:15 pm for the Stampede Rodeo and 7:00 pm for the GMC Rangeland Derby. Lunch or dinner in the Infield Suites is included with your ticket.

INFIELD SUITES DINING EXPERIENCE

A gourmet selection of sharing platters are delivered to your suite prior to the beginning of the Stampede Rodeo or GMC Rangeland Derby. 

You’ll be able to choose a carved and flambéed item individually prepared by a private in-suite attendant and a global inspired hot pot. To complete the culinary experience chef has selected decadent home-made desserts and gourmet ice cream bars. These choices are included in your package.

Premium upgrades and additions are also available. If you choose a premium carved or flambéed upgrade or premium addition you will be charged based on the number of servings or guests in your suite.

BAR CHOICES

You will be asked to select one of the bar choices listed below on the event order form. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are billed separately after the event to the suite holder. Please see the cocktail menu for the full selection and price list. Soft beverages including soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea are offered at no additional cost.

WINE & BEER HOST BAR:
Wine, bottled beer, coolers, ciders and special bar requests will be charged to the suite holder.

PREMIUM HOST BAR:
Wine, bottled beer, coolers, ciders, highballs, signature cocktails and spirits including liqueurs, shooters, scotch, whiskey, after thoughts and special bar requests will be charged to the suite holder.

Special Requests & Signage

COWBOY CONCIERGE

Full concierge services are offered and we would be happy to assist with information on amenities, Calgary Stampede activities and schedules, ground transportation and anything else you can think of to help create that special experience. A concierge desk is located at the entrance to each venue.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

To add that special something to your guests’ exclusive experience, you may want to request the following at no additional cost:

  • A visit from a rodeo competitor

  • An informative talk on the GMC Rangeland Derby chuckwagon races

  • A visit from the Calgary Stampede Queen and Princesses

  • A visit from the Indian Princess

 

All special appearances must be requested in advance. Rodeo competitors and Stampede royalty have limited time each day and therefore some requests may not be accommodated. Please be sure to include these requests on the event order form.

If anyone is celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary or if there are special guests from out of town, we can help make their Stampede experience memorable.

THINKING ABOUT SPECIAL SIGNAGE OR NAME TAGS?

If you are interested in sending along that special corporate touch by having signage displayed keep in mind that we can not affix anything to the walls and floor space is limited.

It is recommended that nothing larger than a simple pull-up banner stand be considered. No signage is to be displayed outside the door or at the entrance. The venue is not equipped with a podium, microphone or LCD/projector for presentations - take advantage of this intimate opportunity to conduct business on a one-to-one basis. Name tags are always a nice touch especially when hosting a group that may not know each other well - we can always accommodate for western hospitality, but keep in mind no additional tables for name tags can be accomodated in any suite.

*DRESS CODE

The Infield Suites are as "up close" as it gets. Take the opportunity to play the part. Traditional or urban western wear is welcome.

Management has the right to refuse admission or request any person to leave if he or she, in the opinion of the management, is not suitably attired.

30X Saloon

30X Saloon fits a need for corporate clients seeking a private venue for larger groups, but at a slightly lower price point than other venues. Part of the cachet of 30X Saloon is how it sits in the centre of all the action, but remains private.

The secret recipe in 30X Saloon is the exceptional service that the great team provides. When you and your guests finish a hearty lunch or dinner inside the venue, you move to great seats with the rest of the Stampede fans, but with one huge exception - you receive personalized service right to your seats. This is truly a VIP experience among the masses.

30X Saloon packages include a gourmet menu with personal table service for lunch and a buffet dinner; non-alcoholic beverages; on-site parking passes, number determined by size of group; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; day sheets; prime event seats in the Grandstand, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; event services through Premium Seating. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are not included and are billed separately.
